Choice Sirloin Tips, marinated in garlic, rosemary, balsamic, olive oil and a touch of soy.

Chicken Marsala

Our Specialty: thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sautéed and deglazed with Marsala wine. Sliced mushrooms are added with fresh chicken stock, garlic and finished with sweet butter.

Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Skinless breast of chicken, filled with a mix of sautéed broccoli, red pepper, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, tossed with cracker crumbs, butter and a touch of white wine. Baked to perfection, and topped with a suprême sauce.

Seafood Delight

Shrimp, scallops and haddock, sautéed with white wine, butter and garlic, topped with créme fraiche and chopped scallions, then baked.

Baked Haddock

Fresh Atlantic Haddock, topped with cracker crumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce.

Meat and Three-Cheese Lasagna

Ground sirloin cooked with garlic and herbs, and then layered with noodles, red sauce and provolone, mozzarella and ricotta. Baked and topped with marinara and shredded Parmesan.

Baked Stuffed Shells with cheese and Marinara

Ricotta cheese stuffed pasta shells topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella then baked.
