If you’re looking for a perfect rustic venue with great staff and a magical wedding this is the venue for you. From the beginning I knew I wanted a rustic wedding and this place exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful wooden beams and grand doors in the reception to the bistro lights, this place was a gem. All of the staff helped make the process of planning a wedding easy especially when my husband was deployed during a year of our engagement. We had the honor of having Emily as our coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was responsive to both emails and calls, always answered my questions no matter how silly and helped our wedding go effortless from getting people corralled for photos to helping me bustle my dress all night to checking to make sure we were eating and enjoying our night. We had so many people tell us how much fun they had and we couldn’t have done it all without Emily and the entire staff at the red barn. I hope to go to a wedding at this venue again to get to experience the magic I felt.

We had the best day! Alex was our day-of wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable, made sure we were on time, and genuinely cared about us. She made sure we had time to eat, and do all the things while having the best night of our lives!

The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was an exceptional wedding venue! We could not have picked a better setting for our wedding reception. The venue was clean, polished, and truly does not need too much (or any) decor to make it feel like a special place. The grounds of the Links course were perfect as well as the guys in the bridal party played the course the day before our wedding. Emily, our wedding coordinator at the Red Barn, was responsive, positive, engaged, involved, and so organized. We cannot say enough good things about her; Emily is amazing at her work! All of our special requests to make our wedding day feel like OUR day were heard, appreciated, and accounted for. Let’s not forget to mention the perfect New England fall foliage at this location during our end of October wedding date. We would recommend this venue any and all couples looking in the future. My husband and I can't say enough great things about our experience at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our wedding. Everything was truly outstanding. Alex (our wedding coordinator) was incredibly organized and invested in making sure our special day was what we imagined. We even had unexpected weather the day of and Alex was so helpful with rearranging a few details last minute. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The food was delicious and the venue is stunning. We are so grateful that we chose to get married at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm. Thank you for giving us the BEST wedding we could ever ask for!

We had our Wedding at the Red Barn in July and had the best experience we could ask for! Our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect the wedding was. The appetizers were delicious, specifically the mini lobster rolls, and the dinners were great (people said the Haddock was the best they’ve ever had). We opted for an indoor ceremony and the Red Barn Team operates like a well-oiled machine to flip the room from ceremony to dinner. After the ceremony, our guests were able to enjoy cocktail Hour out on the lawn, under the Veranda and in the foyer space. There was plenty of room for our guests to mingle and although it was a hot July day, the Veranda offers shade and a nice breeze which made cocktail hour so enjoyable. Alex Andrews (Jones) was our Coordinator and we could not have asked for a better person to work with! Every question we had was answered thoroughly and quickly. Alex does not miss a single detail. She was always so calm, professional and straight to the point. She works extremely hard and does so for the benefit of her couples. My family could not get over how helpful and kind Alex and her Team were to us all weekend. They made sure we had appetizers and drinks all throughout cocktail hour and checked in during dinner to ensure everything was going well or if we needed anything. I had zero stress/anxiety on how the day would go because I knew Alex had everything covered. We truly cannot thank Alex and the Red Barn Team enough!!

Words cannot describe how amazing the Red Barn was – from the beautiful holiday decorations, to the incredibly accommodating staff, wait staff and bartenders, and who could forget Emily! Leading up to the day and the day of, Emily and the Red Barn team made us feel so special and accommodate our every request. Emily even offered to run to the grocery store to pick something up the day before!!! She is literally so, so amazing, along with everyone at the Red Barn! My husband and I will never forget how truly incredible this venue was, and we will recommend The Red Barn to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!!

Choosing the Red Barn at Outlook Farms for our wedding venue was quite possibly the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful, very accommodating, and the staff is fantastic. The Red Barn gave us much needed peace of mind during the planning process and provided an amazing wedding day for both our guests and ourselves. That being said, our venue coordinator Alex was our favorite part of the Red Barn. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was always there if we had questions during the planning process, she had great suggestions if we needed help, and she had plenty of experience to guide us through the wedding day. She knew the things my bride and I needed before we even knew ourselves! Alex was always pleasant and always communicating with us. I really don't know if we would have made it through the planning or the actual wedding day without her. We would 100% recommend the Red Barn to any couples out there considering this venue. We had a great wedding day and any small issues that popped up (unrelated to the venue) were smoothed over by their great staff. The Red Barn is beautiful inside and out. We could not have asked for a better place to get married and celebrate with our family, friends, and their staff!

It’s been over 3 months since our wedding at the Red Barn and we still have yet to come up with the right words to say. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Not only is the venue itself extremely esthetically pleasing but the staff is remarkable. Our wedding coordinator Alex was and is an absolute godsend. No matter what we needed or when we needed it, Alex was there with an answer or a solution. Alex is everything a wedding coordinator should be and WAY MORE. One of my favorite things that Alex did was assure that our drinks were never empty. She also took our drink order before walking down the aisle and greeted us with the drinks as soon as we were done with our ceremony. A special shout out to Moe who was one of the servers who also assured we were never searching for hors d'oeuvers. Not only did she make sure that we tried some of everything, she would hold a napkin to prevent any possibility of stains getting on our clothes. She did this for everyone- what a rock star! All in all, everyone at the Barn really knows what they are doing. Between the all inclusive package, the quality of everything from the landscaping to the food, I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. Wedding planning is one of the most stressful things but Alex really made it as painless as possible.

Booking your wedding at the Red Barn at Outlook farm is the BEST decision you could make for your wedding! We got married here in August of 2021. We had Emily as our wedding coordinator. Emily was absolutely fantastic with handling our entire event! Everything was taken care of from the moment we walked in to book the venue. To start the venue itself is stunning, the high ceilings and open beams were exactly what we were looking for! The options for ceremony sites were all gorgeous. We decided on an outdoor ceremony but if weather wasn’t going to cooperate we were able to move it indoors and still have the space for reception. They had everything thought of before we even had to ask, it was a weight off for sure. Emily was great to work with throughout the whole process. Since we were in the middle of COVID when we booked she worked with us through all of our hesitations and concerns and helped us stay at ease in case anything had to change. She made the planning process super easy. All of the questions we had she always had an answer and if she didn’t she would get back to us within 24 hours with the answer. The food options were all well spelled out in the packets and made it very simple to decide what food and beverage packages we wanted. They also had a list of recommended vendors that they had worked with in the past which made it even easier to decide where to go for cake and flowers! On the day of, Emily was our go to person, she had all the decorations we provided setup exactly how we wanted them and if we had any hiccups she was always right there to handle them. The food was delicious from passed hors d’oeuvres to the plated meals. Our guests are still raving over the food and the atmosphere that we had there. The grounds are gorgeous and perfect for the wedding day photos you want to take. Emily knew all of the best spots that we could use to take stunning sunset pictures. We had our wedding at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm in South Berwick Maine in September. What a beautiful venue! The staff were very attentive and professional. The food was exceptional and the wedding packages are very easy to understand and pricing is very transparent. A special thank you to Emily our coordinator. Emily was very caring and professional and went above and beyond during the entire process. We would highly recommend The Red Barn at Outlook Farm.

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was where we were going to get married. The Red Barn is a perfect picture-esq New England wedding venue. The ceremony locations were beautiful, and the barn itself is AMAZING. We had the pleasure of working with Colleen, as our day-of-coordinator, and we cannot stress how amazing she was. We emailed her probably weekly (if not more frequently), with questions, and she always responded promptly and was very helpful with our planning. When it came to the day of, she set-up our decorations so beautifully and we were amazed to see the venue when we arrived. She always ensured we had a drink, had food if we were hungry, and sent us home with extra desserts from the night. Any couple is SO lucky to be working with her for their wedding. We could not think of a more perfect venue for our wedding - the remaining staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, and all of our guests were so happy.

We got married at the Red Barn in June of 2023 and could not have had a better experience. As was the case with almost every summer weekend in New England this year, it ended up raining on our wedding day. We had planned to get married in the garden but our coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at the Red Barn were extremely accommodating and allowed us to make the last minute call to move everything inside. Not only were they extremely flexible, Emily was calm, cool, and collected and made sure I wasn't stressed out about the change of plans. She expertly moved out outdoor floral arrangements inside on the mantel of the fireplace and everything looked so beautiful. Besides her attentiveness on the day-of, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding--meeting with us a couple of times to go over every single detail and answering any other questions promptly. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Emily was so helpful that I really didn't need one. The entire staff at the Red Barn was also incredible (special shout out to Mo who made sure my husband and I got some appetizers during the cocktail hour and packed up the extra cake so we had some to take home!). The venue is absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and our guests all had such an incredible time. We also rented out the Stage House Inn which was absolutely lovely. Tegan and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. I cannot recommend both The Red Barn and the Stage House Inn enough!

The Red Barn is a fantastic place to get married!! Our coordinator, Colleen, was wonderful and made sure our day went off without a hitch! The staff are so nice, the venue is beautiful, and they cover ALL the details. We didn’t have to worry about any details day of and were able to just enjoy the ceremony and reception!! They also have a great list of awesome vendors that was so helpful during the planning process! Highly recommend!!

We had the most perfect wedding day at the Red Barn! Our coordinator Alex was AMAZING!!! Our planning process was seamless and she was always there to answer even the smallest of my questions via email or call. The food and drinks were delicious!! Service was seamless! Our timeline was perfect! Thank you thank you thank you Alex and your whole team! We had the most perfect day and could not be more grateful!!!

We had our wedding at the Red Barn in October of 2022 and it was one of the best decisions we've made. This was largely due to the wedding coordinator provided through the venue, Emily Francoeur, who went above and beyond from start to finish. Emily is undoubtedly the reason everything went so smoothly. Food quality was great, beverage packages were reasonable, and the space comfortably fit about 180 of us. We also booked fireworks through a recommended vendor of the venue and it was the highlight of the night. We rented out the Stage House Inn which is an affiliate to the Red Barn and that made our wedding weekend so special. All of the staff at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm were so pleasant, and we will miss working with Emily so much!

I got married at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm back in February 2021 and it was the most amazing weekend of my life. Planning a wedding during Covid was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but working with Alex at the Red Barn made it so much better. We were originally supposed to have 150 guests and due to covid could only have 45. I can truly say that even with 45 guests the space felt magical. Alex went above and beyond for us! From helping pick our meals and apps (baked haddock and bacon wrapped scallops were a huge hit), working wonders with our other vendors, to creating my vision with little to no instruction from me. When we arrived at the venue and walked in to see the space for the first time, our mouths dropped! It was better than even I could have imagined. I am so grateful that the team was able to pull off the wedding of my dreams even with all the obstacles we were thrown. Thank you to Alex and the entire staff at The Red Barn for the best wedding. Now that our weekend festivities have come to an end, we are reflecting on such a perfect day Friday. You and your staff are incredible and are what made the day so great. Thanks for keeping calm (and keeping us calm) during the craziness of the power outage and change in plans. We have gotten so many compliments from family and friends on how amazing everything was from the venue, to the staff, and the food. If anything other than the weather went wrong….we had no idea.

We had our wedding reception at the Red Barn and it was absolutely amazing. We worked closely with Emily who was available to us every step of the way. The venue was able to accommodate all of our requests throughout the planning to the wedding day. They were flexible with allowing us to view the space multiple times prior to our date and answered all questions promptly throughout the planning process. We could not believe how beautiful the Red Barn was on our wedding day. All of our decorations were arranged so beautifully in a way that made the reception so personal and really feel like our own. Our guests loved the food, dance floor, and friendly staff that made everyone feel at home. Emily was so attentive to us and made sure we, as a couple, had everything we needed or wanted throughout the reception. We felt so special and truly enjoyed every moment of our day. If we could redo it all over we would not have changed a thing! We don't have even kind words to say about Emily and the Red Barn staff!

Booking the Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our July 2022 wedding was hands down the easiest decision to make and most definitely the BEST decision we made. From start to finish, from the very first time we viewed the venue, until months later- our wedding was seamless, amazing, and most importantly, stress free. The Red Barn was the first venue we looked at. We knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony, outdoor space for cocktail hour, and a beautiful, big room. The Red Barn checked all the boxes. We put down our deposit the very next day as we knew this was a venue we did not want to sleep on! Planning was SO easy and straightforward. As soon as we booked, we got set up with the amazing Alex, who was going to be our day of coordinator. She was communicative, helpful, and patient. She responded quickly to every annoying query I had, she kept us updated with our timeline of planning, and she was understanding when oopsie- we missed the tasting we were supposed to go to. She graciously set us up at the next one with no questions or drama. The planning process was very smooth due to Alex’s expertise. The rehearsal was stress free and straightforward. The day of our wedding was more than we could ask for. Literally everything went to plan due to Alex being so on top of everything. She was kind to the many personalities in both of our families and felt more like a friend to us by the end of night. I cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn as a venue for a wedding. It is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like we did not need too many decorations as the venue itself is stunning. The food was delicious! During cocktail hour, it felt like there were so many servers with so much food, on top of the stunning cheese and fruit display. The kitchen was also very helpful and sensitive to the allergies in our group- one being my husband who had a nut allergy. The drinks and bartenders were fabulous- we told Alex that our group drank a lot of espresso martinis and the bartenders were ready when we started ordering them. AND they were delicious to boot. The staff was fabulous! All of the servers were professional and personable. The price for everything and the many options for food and drink were well suited to many budgets. I could gush for many more paragraphs about how amazing this venue is. Alex and the crew have made the Red Barn into a well-oiled machine. I cannot say anything bad about our experience and I know I can attribute that to them. Our guests are still talking about our venue months later. If you want to have the most amazing wedding day at a beautiful venue with wonderful people, do yourself a favor and book the Red Barn. You will not regret it. Absolute perfection! That’s the best way to summarize our wedding at the Red Barn. It exceeded our expectations. From the very first time we stepped inside, we could see our dream wedding coming to life. It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the food was delicious, and we loved that there was space for every type of wedding guest. Alex was BEYOND incredible and executed our vision better than we ever could have imagined!! She was so supportive, flexible, and a calming presence throughout the planning process. She did an excellent job communicating with our guests and vendors to ensure things ran smoothly and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to see how we were doing. Every single staff member was kind, thoughtful, and professional. When we went through our photobooth guestbook, we found such a sweet surprise: the last page was a picture from the staff with their well wishes. We cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience and recommend the Red Barn to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

The red barn was the first and only venue my now husband and I looked at! We knew immediately that it was everything we were looking for and more. What I didn’t expect was just how helpful all the staff would be. Alex was our day of coordinator and went above and beyond for every detail and every request. She was there every step of the way and made planning a wedding during a pandemic so much easier. The wedding day itself could not have been more beautiful, perfect or ran any smoother. Since the wedding I have been told multiple times by guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. If what you are looking for is a stress free ( well as much as possible) beautiful, and fun venue you will find that and more at the red barn!
