Have you been wondering what the timing of your wedding day will look like?

Time is precious on your wedding day, and it is our responsibility to ensure that we are using every minute as efficiently as possible. While you’re enjoying eating, dancing, and mingling with your loved ones our staff is working behind the scenes to keep everything on time.  

Below we have provided an example agenda for an onsite ceremony and reception. Bridal parties arrive one hour before the ceremony; the groom and groomsmen arrive thirty minutes to one hour before the ceremony. We plan on one hour for the ceremony, allowing thirty minutes for guest arrival and thirty minutes for the ceremony itself. The remainder of the reception is five hours. Receptions at the Red Barn must end by midnight. 

Remember, this is an example agenda. The start and end times of ceremonies and receptions often depends on the day of the week and time of the year. Since the Red Barn only does one wedding per day we are flexible with the start and end times.
